HAINES CITY, FL. – A Haines City police officer was arrested on Sunday by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, according to the Haines City Police Department.
Officer Jason Rafael Roldos, 38, was charged with sexual battery on a physically helpless victim and burglary with assault or battery.
Haines City Police said that Roldos has been a member of the agency since Nov. 19, 2007, and will be suspended without pay pending the investigation.
Roldos had no previous disciplinary actions, according to HCPD.
