Hillsborough County Fire Rescue Quickly Contains House Fire In Valrico

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – A house fire in Valrico was swiftly brought under control by Hillsborough County Fire Rescue (HCFR) on Wednesday evening. Firefighters responded to multiple 911 calls from the homeowner reporting heavy smoke and flames at around 5:40 PM.

The first HCFR unit arrived on the scene within eight minutes and confirmed the active fire. Firefighters immediately launched a coordinated attack and successfully contained the blaze within 20 minutes.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported among civilians or firefighters. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

HCFR praised the quick response and teamwork of all personnel involved in successfully managing the incident and preventing further damage.
