Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office asks for public’s help locating a dark-colored truck with possible damage to its rear driver’s side.
RIVERVIEW, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is asking the public for help in locating a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that left a pedestrian seriously injured. The crash occurred around 9:40 p.m. on September 6, 2025, near the intersection of Gordon Road and Anderson Drive in Riverview.
According to deputies, a pedestrian was struck by a dark-colored, single-cab dually-style pickup truck. The driver fled the scene, heading east on Big Bend Road from Gordon Road. The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The truck is described as being similar to a Ford F-350 or Dodge 3500. It has rooftop marker/running lights and may have damage to the rear driver’s side wheel well.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone who sees the vehicle or has information about the crash to call them immediately at (813) 247-8200.
