TAMPA, Fla. – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a homicide investigation in Tampa.
On November 16, 2022, just after 4:00 p.m., deputies responded to the 7400 block of Rosy Periwinkle Court after getting calls about a person down.
Once on scene, HCSO deputies and Hillsborough County Fire Rescue located an adult male with severe upper-body trauma.
The man was transported to Tampa General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Detectives do not believe the man resides within the neighborhood and this appears to be an isolated incident.
