PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – The search for answers in a homicide has intensified as the Pasco Sheriff’s Office officially issued a homicide warrant for 53-year-old Sean Suojanen.
Authorities have been looking for Suojanen since shortly after his wife, Jennifer Suojanen, was discovered dead in their home on December 20, 2023. While investigators initially labeled him a missing person who might have information regarding the case, the nature of the investigation has shifted, leading deputies to seek his immediate arrest.
Jennifer Suojanen’s family waived their Marsy’s Law protections, which typically keep victim information private, in hopes that going public would generate the leads necessary to locate Sean.
The case began late on the night of December 20 when deputies responded to a call on Margaret Drive in Port Richey. There, they found Jennifer’s body in what investigators described as a “delayed discovery” of a homicide. Since that night, the trail for her husband has remained cold.

Sean Suojanen is described as standing 6 feet tall and weighing roughly 250 pounds. He has brown eyes and dark blonde hair. The last confirmed sighting of him was on December 21, 2023, in the same Port Richey neighborhood where the crime occurred.
Although the Sheriff’s Office has stated there does not appear to be an immediate threat to the general public, they are urging anyone who might have seen him or knows his current location to come forward.
