Fallyn is perfecting her gymnastics and finally has the skills for a front walkover. Check out her video and she’ll show you the steps she took to achieve it.
It starts with arm strength practicing a hand stand. Then you’ll need to go into a bridge and kick over. After that, go onto a bridge and practice standing.
This will work out your core and the muscles needed to stand. When that’s all perfected, put it all together to show off your front walkover.
