On Sunday evening, May 30, deputies received a report from friends of a resident living in a home on the 11000 block of Cypress Park Street saying they had not seen or heard from a female resident in her 60s since May 24.

At this time, HCSO is working with the Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the cause of death and the identification of the victim.
“We are asking neighbors in the area to check their home surveillance cameras for anything suspicious and to reach out to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office to help us in this investigation,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “No tip is too small. Any information could be of value in this case.”
