Inaugural Joke WRLD Comedy Festival Heading To Downtown St. Petersburg Aug 14-15

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The first-ever Joke WRLD Comedy Festival is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 14, and Saturday, Aug. 15, in downtown St. Petersburg. Organized by the comedy media platform Joke WRLD, which maintains a subscriber base of over 760,000 on YouTube, the two-day event features a lineup of more than 75 comedians across five local venues.

Coastal Creative, located at 2201 1st Ave S, will serve as the event’s central headquarters, hosting performances across its Main Stage and LED Room. Additional participating venues include The Floridian Social at 687 Central Ave, Steep Station at 2235 1st Ave S, Spitfire Comedy House at 1920 1st Ave S, and Campbell Park at 601 14th St S. A complimentary trolley service will run between the stages during the festival to transport attendees.

The event highlights talent from across the state, featuring Tampa Bay-based comedians Cam Bertrand and Max Castillo, Orlando performers David Jolly, Luke Touma, and Christophe Jean, alongside Miami-based comedian Ryan Joseph.

The festival has partnered with the Courtyard by Marriott St. Petersburg Downtown as its official hotel provider, offering a discounted group rate of $129 per night through Aug. 6.
