IRGC Labels Major U.S. Tech Giants ‘Legitimate Targets’

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a direct threat against a broad spectrum of American technology and finance firms, declaring them “legitimate targets” for future operations.

In an official statement released in Farsi, the military branch accused these corporations of providing the technical infrastructure necessary for recent assassinations involving Iranian citizens.

The warning specifically names a long list of industry leaders, ranging from consumer tech giants to specialized defense firms, banks, and artificial intelligence firms.

Tech companies cited by the IRGC include Apple, Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Intel, along with hardware providers like Dell, HP, and Cisco. The list also extends to high-end chipmaker Nvidia, automotive and energy firm Tesla, and aerospace giant Boeing.

According to the IRGC, these companies are no longer viewed as mere commercial entities but as active participants in military actions.

The group claims that American information and communications technology (ICT) and artificial intelligence (AI) tools serve as the “main element” in the design and tracking of assassination targets.

The IRGC addressed its message directly to the United States government, stating that previous warnings regarding “terrorist operations” had been ignored. The statement claims that several Iranian citizens were recently “martyred” in attacks carried out by the U.S. and its Israeli allies.

The inclusion of financial institutions like J.P. Morgan and regional tech players such as G42 and Spire Solutions suggests the IRGC is broadening its definition of hostile entities to include any firm it believes supports the logistical or intelligence capabilities of its adversaries.

While the statement did not outline a specific timeline or method for potential retaliation, it explicitly noted that these institutions will be treated as military objectives from this point forward.
