Posner Park Bust: Geek Squad Counter Caper Ends in Arrest
POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 28-year-old Kissimmee man, Quan Chen, was taken into custody by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, September 7th, after being located at a Best Buy in Davenport. Chen was wanted on outstanding warrants from Orange County for Grand Theft and Scheming to Defraud.
The arrest unfolded when a PCSO deputy spotted an unoccupied black Mazda belonging to Chen in the parking lot of the Best Buy at Posner Park. The deputy entered the store and found Chen at the Geek Squad counter.

When the deputy attempted to apprehend him, Chen reportedly tried to pull away. However, the deputy successfully managed to take him into custody without any further incident.
Following his arrest, Quan Chen was transported to the Polk County Jail. He is being held on the Orange County warrants and has also been charged with resisting an officer.
