LAKELAND, Fla. – A 44-year-old Lakeland woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon on outstanding felony warrants originating from the Florida Panhandle, authorities said.
Deputies with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence along Shorewood Drive in Lakeland around 2:52 p.m. on August 19 to locate Lesley Greenfield. Greenfield was wanted on an active warrant issued by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
According to law enforcement, the warrant listed three counts of distributing obscene material to a minor alongside one count of unlawful use of a two-way communication device.
Deputies made contact with Greenfield at the property, and she was taken into custody without incident. Following her arrest, she was transported to the Polk County Sheriff’s Processing Center for booking.
Records show Greenfield has previous criminal charges on her record, including theft, petit theft, defrauding an innkeeper, domestic battery, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and probation violations.
