CLEARWATER, Fla. – A Largo man was arrested early Saturday morning after driving through a fatal crash scene.
David Saldivar, 31, was taken into custody at 3:18 AM and charged with DUI and escape.
The incident occurred on Union Street, which was closed in both directions due to a fatal motorcycle crash. Despite the road closure and the presence of emergency vehicles with activated lights, Saldivar drove around the blockade.

Upon being stopped by law enforcement, officers observed signs of impairment. Saldivar attempted to flee while being taken into custody but was apprehended.
