TAMPA, Fla. – During the protest on Dale Mabry earlier today, there were some scenes that ended in arrests. Chukwudi Uche, 22, from Leesburg, was arrested at the crossroads of Dale Mabry and Palmetto Streets.
Uche, 22, was charged with:
- Assemblies Obstructing Streets or Sidewalks a Class 2 Misdemeanor
- Battery On A Law Enforcement Officer Class 3 Felony
- Resisting Officer without Violence a Class 1 Misdemeanor
- Carrying Concealed Firearm Class 3 Felony
HSCO has Uche listed as still in jail at 11:29 PM on a $4,750.00 bond.
