A stop at a local liquor store has turned into a seven-figure payday for one Florida woman.
The Florida Lottery confirmed that Clotilde Prospere, of Orange Park, claimed a $2 million top prize after playing the Triple Jackpot Scratch-Off game. She presented her winning ticket at the Lottery’s Jacksonville District Office on August 27.
Prospere purchased the lucky ticket at the Winn-Dixie Liquor located at 8560 Argyle Forest Boulevard in Jacksonville.
When it came time to collect, she opted to bypass the annuity payments, choosing instead to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,209,700.

According to lottery officials, the overall odds of winning a prize in the game are 1-in-3.49.
