AUBURNDALE, Fla. – In the United States alone, an estimated 46 percent of adults have an overall poor-quality diet.
When the New Year’s Resolution came around last January, 49 percent of consumers claimed they wanted to eat healthier. What if I told you that you can start your day by sipping your taste buds?
The City of Auburndale holds a small business that is booming with flavors. Auburndale Nutrition opened its doors in 2017 and has since then opened 11 more locations within Polk County.
Michelle Grabowski, the owner of Auburndale Nutrition, has focused on getting the community healthy with a positive impact one sip at a time. Cayden Grabowski, Michelle’s teenage son, says “Coming into work is fun and it’s a positive learning environment.”
Not only is Grabowski an owner, entrepreneur, mother, and herbal enthusiast, but also a breast cancer survivor. Her journey of Triple Negative Breast Cancer was one of many accomplishments in her journey. Auburndale Nutrition was just another accomplishment in her life.
Auburndale Nutrition provides various flavors of energy teas, smoothies, and more. Throughout the seasons, celebrations, and holidays, you can find themed drinks at an affordable price. What makes this business stand out is that with any drink you order, there are inspirational quotes and or words to start your day off right.
Grabowski said, “Being a breast cancer survivor, I always like spreading love and positivity to everyone no matter what they are going through.”
Grabowski also coaches and leads other individuals who want to begin their journey.
“If you’re looking to take a leap to a good life, this is the place,” Cayden says.
Using her experience and leadership, Michelle believes that creating this foundation has seen personal growth physically, mentally, and financially. “Get in touch with me to begin your own journey” Michelle added.
At the end of the day, this nutrition business has the goal of spreading kindness like confetti rather than being forceful and bland. It provides not only the benefits of nutrition packed into bursting flavors but also a community that is right there with you.
Michelle’s mission is “I want to fill my cup so that I can pour it out to others.”
