The Florida Lottery is turning the midday hours into a high-stakes scavenger hunt starting this month. Officials in Tallahassee announced on Friday the launch of the PICK Daily Games Midday Promotion, a limited-time event that will distribute $1 million in instant-win prizes to players across the state from May 1 through May 31, 2026.
To participate, players must purchase any PICK Daily Games ticket valued at $1 or more between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. ET. The lottery has programmed its system to automatically print a $5 cash prize coupon with every “Nth” qualifying ticket sold statewide.
According to the release, there are 200,000 of these winning coupons available throughout the month-long window.

Lottery officials noted that the promotion is designed to “enhance the excitement of morning and midday play while providing additional value through in-store instant cash prizes.”
However, there is a specific exclusion for players who use the GROUPER purchase option; PICK tickets generated through that bundle do not qualify for the instant-win coupons.
Winners don’t have to wait for a drawing to collect their cash, but they do have a deadline to keep in mind. All $5 coupons issued during the May promotion must be redeemed at a Florida Lottery retailer by July 30, 2026.
