POLK COUNTY, FL. – Sheriff Grady Judd will brief the media at 10:30 a.m. this morning on the arrest of 38-year-old Brandon James Diaz.
Diaz is charged with 10 counts of a computer data breach at Polk State College and unlawful use of a two-way device.
During the investigation, detectives also located child pornography on his devices and charged Diaz with 75 counts of enhanced possession of child pornography.
