Midnight Raid At The Ambassador Inn: Fentanyl And Meth Seized In Major Kissimmee Bust

KISSIMMEE, Fla. — The Kissimmee Police Department’s Tactical Police Unit (TAC) and SWAT Team executed a search warrant at the Ambassador Inn on March 6, 2026. The operation, which targeted room 123, was part of an ongoing investigation into illegal narcotics activity.

During the search, officers recovered quantities of cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl, along with drug paraphernalia. Two individuals were arrested at the scene: Theodis James, 41, and Angel Coscia, 20.

Both suspects face multiple charges under Florida law, including trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in methamphetamine, and conspiracy to traffic in narcotics.

Additional charges include possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with or destroying evidence, and resisting arrest without violence.

The scene was secured without reported injuries to officers or the suspects. According to the department, this operation is part of a broader effort to address illegal drug activity within the city.

“This operation is part of the department’s continued work to protect the community from illegal drug activity and maintain safe neighborhoods,” the department stated.

The investigation remains active, and authorities indicate that further information may be released as it becomes available.
