ORIGINAL REPORT: A Florida Missing Child – Spectrum Alert has been issued for 15-year-old Ellie Lowry, who was last seen in the 3400 block of Dunn Avenue in Jacksonville.
Lowry is described as a white female, standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Authorities report she was last seen wearing a black dress and flip-flops. Additionally, Lowry has a black sling and arm dressing on her right arm.
Anyone with information regarding Lowry’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at 904-630-0500 or dial 911 immediately.
