MULBERRY, Fla. – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying a pair of suspects who allegedly stole nearly $500 worth of cleaning products from a Family Dollar store in Mulberry and left behind an unwelcome mess.

The incident occurred around noon on December 18th, 2024, at the Family Dollar located at 2170 Bailey Road. Surveillance footage shows a man and a woman entering the store and working together to commit the theft.

A “Clean” Getaway?

While the male suspect, dubbed “Mr. Clean” by deputies, gathered an assortment of cleaning products, including Gain, Tide, and Clorox, the female suspect, “Ms. Dookie,” created a distraction for store employees. However, her method of distraction was far from ordinary.

Instead of using the restroom conventionally, the woman allegedly defecated on the floor, forcing an employee to clean up the mess.
