CLEARWATER, Fla. – Clearwater Police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue responded to a shooting call Thursday evening in the 400 block of North Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
Investigators say the call came in at 7:58 p.m. Two victims, an adult male, and an adult female were taken to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg by ambulance as trauma alerts.
Both are in serious condition at this time.
Police say a third person showed up at Morton Plant Hospital with a minor gunshot wound; it is thought that may be related to the shooting call as well.
No other information is available at this time, and the investigation continues. We will update this story when more details are released.
