PINELLAS PARK, Fla. – A Pinellas Park man has been arrested following a bizarre series of residential break-ins where he was reportedly nude while entering multiple properties and causing damage.
Joshua Neal Garrison (23) was located and arrested without incident on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, by Pinellas Park Police Detectives, one week after the incidents occurred.
The strange series of events began on October 7, 2025, when Pinellas Park Police received reports from the area of 5892 97th Circle North. Residents called in to report an unknown white male who was completely nude, entering multiple properties, and causing damage to homes in the neighborhood.
Detectives quickly went to work, identifying Garrison as the suspect on October 8. Six days later, officers located and arrested him without incident.

Facing Heavy Charges
Despite his state of undress during the alleged crimes, Garrison is facing a set of felony charges, including:
- Armed Residential Burglary
- Residential Burglaries (2 counts)
- Criminal Mischief (Vandalism)
Authorities did not immediately specify what “weapon” led to the Armed Residential Burglary charge, nor the extent of the damage caused to the homes.
In addition to the new charges, Garrison is also being held for previous offenses:
- Violation of Probation Grand Theft Auto
- Violation of Probation Fleeing and Eluding
Garrison remains in custody following his arrest.
