Net Trap Snaps: St. Petersburg Man Jailed After ICAC Tip Exposes Depraved Video Cache

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – A St. Petersburg man is behind bars today after a targeted investigation into online activity led local detectives straight to his front door.

Acting on a specific lead funneled through the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force Program, authorities moved in this morning to arrest 65-year-old Raymond Bourque.

Bourque was taken into custody without incident following a forensic look into his digital devices. According to investigators, the tip from the federal task force pointed toward the possession of prohibited materials, prompting a localized search and subsequent recovery of illegal files.

The legal fallout for Bourque is significant. He currently faces twenty felony counts split evenly between two distinct categories of illicit content.

Detectives have charged him with 10 counts of possession of child pornography and an additional 10 counts of possession of sexual activities involving animals.

Following the arrest, Bourque was transported to the Pinellas County Jail for processing.

He remains in custody as the judicial process begins, with the investigation into the origin and volume of the recovered videos ongoing.
