St. Leo, FL – Beginning Monday, September 28, a new traffic signal is now fully operational at SR 52 and Palm Boulevard (entrance to St. Leo University) in Pasco County.

Drivers are advised to remain alert to the changed conditions as motorists get used to the new signalized intersection.
This past March, the Florida Department of Transportation’s contractor, Ajax Paving Industries of Florida, began making safety improvements by adding a new traffic signal, pedestrian signals, and crosswalks to the entrance of St. Leo University in Pasco County.
The $492,585.25 project is expected to finish in the fall of 2020.
