MARION COUNTY, Fla. – All northbound lanes on I-75 have been reopened, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

A tractor-trailer traveling north on I-75 with an ‘over-dimensioned’ load has struck and damaged the SW 66 St overpass near the 347-mile marker, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers say the northbound traffic was being diverted at Exit 341/CR 484.

“We currently have about 8 miles of Northbound congestion and 4 miles of Southbound congestion from onlookers,” said FHP at the time.

Currently, all northbound lanes are opened.

SW 66th Street (the overpass) is still closed.
