Osceola County Fugitive Found By Polk County Deputies In Bartow Shed After Morning Search

BARTOW, Fla. – A 23-year-old Bartow man, facing felony charges stemming from an outstanding Osceola County warrant, was taken into custody without incident early Sunday morning after being located by Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) deputies.

Bodhi Maverick Luker, of Bartow, was the subject of an active warrant that included multiple charges: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, and Battery by Strangulation.

PCSO’s deputies located Luker at approximately 3:39 am on Sunday. Deputies responded to a residence on Hankin Road in Bartow, where they discovered the suspect hiding in a shed on the property.

Luker was arrested on the Osceola County warrant and subsequently booked into the Sheriff’s Processing Center.
