HUDSON, Fla. – A 54-year-old Hudson man was killed Monday night, around 9:40 PM, while riding his bicycle on US-19 in Hudson.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, an 18-year-old Hudson woman was driving southbound on US-19 in the inside lane south of Beach Boulevard and collided with the rear of the bicycle.
Troopers say the bicycle had no lights or reflectors.
The man was ejected from the bicycle and suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
