PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco deputies are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who turned a Trinity shopping trip into a getaway on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, the incident unfolded around 3:10 p.m. on January 13 at a business located in the 2000 block of Little Road. While the specific items taken haven’t been detailed, investigators are treating the theft seriously and hope that the suspect’s outfit will lead to a quick identification.
Witnesses and surveillance footage describe the suspect as a Black male sporting long dreadlocks and a dark beard. He was decked out head-to-toe in red and black “Champion” brand gear, including a red t-shirt, black pants, and red slides.

After the encounter, he was seen jumping into a black SUV and speeding away from the scene.
The Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone who was in the area or recognizes the man from the description to reach out.
