PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Pasco County Utilities customers will see changes in their water, wastewater, and reclaimed water bills starting October 1, 2024. The average residential customer using 6,000 gallons per month will see their combined water and sewer bill increase by $2.50, from $86.15 to $88.65.
Reclaimed water customers will also see minor adjustments:
- Reclaimed Water Base Charge: Increases from $11.79 to $12.20 (a $0.41 difference) for the first 10,000 gallons, and from $1.18 to $1.22 (a $0.04 difference) for each additional 1,000 gallons.
- Back-Flow Prevention Device Fee: Increases from $6.42 to $6.64 (a $0.22 difference).

Pasco County remains committed to providing high-quality services to its customers. The revenue generated from these rate adjustments will support the operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems.
These rate changes are part of a four-year rate schedule that began on October 1, 2021, based on a Cost-of-Service Rate Study approved by the Pasco Board of County Commissioners.
The study outlines projected annual adjustments through September 30, 2025.
