PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A New Port Richey home under construction became the target of a mid-afternoon break-in and property damage spree last month, prompting a police investigation and a public appeal for information.
According to investigators with the Pasco Sheriff’s Office, the incident unfolded on June 4 at approximately 4:20 p.m. Three juvenile White males entered a residential structure currently under construction located in the 10700 block of El Radabob Way.
Once inside the property, the trio caused property damage before leaving the scene.
The agency has not released an estimate regarding the financial cost of the destruction or specified how the suspects gained entry into the building site. No injuries were reported in connection with the incident.
As the investigation continues, local authorities are seeking leads to identify the three young men.
Representatives from the sheriff’s office issued a direct appeal to the community for assistance, stating, “If you have any information or know the identities of the suspects, submit a tip to the Pasco Sheriff’s Crime Tips Line at 1-800-706-2488 and refer to case number 26019889, or submit a tip online at http://pascosheriff.com/tips.”
Tipsters can choose to remain anonymous when reporting details to the crime line or through the agency’s online portal.
