PASCO COUNTY, FL. – On Nov. 12 at approximately 9:10 p.m., a suspect fired a weapon at the victim’s home on Umber Rd. in Holiday and then ran away, traveling west, according to Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
The suspect was wearing a black hooded shirt, dark shorts, and dark shoes.
“At this point in the investigation, this does not appear to be a random act,” said PCSO in a social statement.
