PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Devin Quinlan has been located and is safe, according to the Paso Sheriff’s Office.
Previous report: The Pasco Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Devin Quinlan, a 21-year-old who was last heard from on October 19th around 10:30 a.m.
Quinlan is described as:
- 5’10” tall
- Approximately 230 lbs.
- Blue eyes and brown hair

He was last seen wearing black Under Armour sneakers and black cargo pants. It is possible he may be driving a white 2012 Hyundai Sonata with Florida license plate 18AASC.
