NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. – The Pasco Sheriff’s Office (PSO) is actively seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect linked to two separate pellet gun shootings that occurred on the evening of October 13 in New Port Richey.
The incidents took place just minutes apart and appear to involve the same suspect, who remains at large.
The first reported incident happened at approximately 8:25 p.m. A suspect, driving an unknown vehicle traveling south on Lake Dr., reportedly fired a pellet gun into a local residence. While the projectile caused minor property damage, officials confirmed that no one was harmed inside the home.
Just five minutes later, at around 8:30 p.m., a second incident occurred nearby.
A woman was driving south on Moon Lake Rd. near the intersection of Corta Ave., when a pellet was fired through her vehicle’s open window, striking her. She sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
