Proof of Ownership Needed to Reclaim Lost Oinker
PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A wayward pig’s brief taste of freedom came to an end on Friday after it was found wandering near the 20th Street area of Zephyrhills. The Pasco Sheriff’s Office Agriculture Unit successfully apprehended the four-legged fugitive around 3:30 p.m. on August 15.
The pig, whose picture has been shared by the Sheriff’s Office, is now in safe custody as authorities seek its rightful owner. To claim the animal, individuals must be able to provide proof of ownership.

The owner’s information is needed to ensure the pig is returned to the correct home.
