PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – Drivers throughout Pinellas County should prepare for significant travel delays as the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 7 schedules numerous lane closures across the county’s major arteries for the week of October 12 through October 18, 2025.

The closures affect both interstates and major state roads, with most highway work scheduled overnight and arterial road work continuing during daytime business hours. FDOT advises all commuters to check travel apps and plan extra time, especially on I-275, I-175, and US 19.
