PINELLAS PARK, FL. -On Tuesday morning, at approximately 6:30 AM, officers responded to 62nd Ave and 39th St for a crash involving a sedan and moped.
The rider of the moped sustained severe injuries, and investigators are on scene at this time. All of 62nd Ave is currently closed and is expected to remain closed for several hours. All vehicles are on the scene, and more information will be released upon completion of the investigation.
All lanes have resumed normal traffic.
