PINELLAS PARK, Fla. — A Pinellas Park man, Austin Conroy-Hourigan, 26, was arrested on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, after an investigation by the Crimes Against Children (CAC) Unit led to felony charges related to child pornography.
Detectives initiated the investigation after receiving a tip that child pornography was being accessed and shared online. Using various investigative techniques, detectives were able to identify Conroy-Hourigan as the suspect.
According to the CAC Unit, the images in question depicted children reportedly between the ages of eight and twelve years old.
Following the investigation, Conroy-Hourigan was taken into custody and charged with a total of fourteen felony counts: seven counts of Possession of Child Pornography and seven counts of Transmission of Child Pornography.
