Westbound I-4 Entrance Ramp from Branch Forbes Road Closing Wednesday and Thursday Nights
PLANT CITY, Fla. – Drivers in the Plant City area will need to be aware of a temporary closure affecting the westbound I-4 entrance ramp from Branch Forbes Road (Exit 17). The ramp will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Wednesday, August 27, and Thursday, August 28, weather permitting.
The closures are part of ongoing I-4 interchange improvement projects in Hillsborough County. Drivers who normally use this ramp to access westbound I-4 will be detoured to alternative entrance ramps.
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) advises motorists to use the entrance ramps from either McIntosh Road or Thonotosassa Road to access the interstate during these hours.
