TAMPA, Fla. — The Tampa Police Department has issued a Purple Alert for 27-year-old Amber Rose Rhoads and is asking the public for assistance in locating her.
Rhoads was last seen in the early morning hours of July 23 in the 10600 block of 26th Street North. She did not return home. According to police, she is driving a bronze 2024 Kia SUV with Florida license plate LBCP18.
Investigators noted that Rhoads made statements to her family and loved ones prior to her disappearance that caused concern for her well-being.
Rhoads is described as a white female, 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighing approximately 200 pounds.
“While Tampa Police are actively looking for Amber, we are asking anyone who may see her to call us immediately at 813.231.6130, so we can help reunite her with her family,” the department stated in a release.
