TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man found floating face down in the Hillsborough River on September 22nd.

- B/M
- 5’9
- 135 lbs.
- Black curly hair and beard/mustache
- Wearing blue shorts and a black shirt
- Surgical Scar on Abdomen
- Left ear pierced
- No tattoos
- Wearing an orange rubber wristband with the words “pray first”
