PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – The Florida Lottery on Tuesday announced that Brittainy Williams of Port Richey is the latest millionaire created by the popular $1,000,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR scratch-off game. Williams claimed her $1 million prize at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.

Opting for a one-time, lump-sum payment, Williams walked away with a cool $640,000.00. Her winning ticket was purchased at the Winn-Dixie located at 9101 Little Road in New Port Richey. The retailer is also celebrating the win, receiving a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the lucky scratch-off.

The $50, $1,000,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE SPECTACULAR game boasts incredible odds and massive prize potential. It features two top prizes of $1 million a year for life, along with a staggering 234 prizes of $1 million. In total, the game offers over $1.6 billion in cash prizes, with overall odds of winning standing at an impressive 1-in-4.50.

Scratch-off games continue to be a significant driver for the Florida Lottery, accounting for approximately 74 percent of ticket sales in the fiscal year 2023-2024.
