Liberals may think Fox News is the voice of the extremist MAGA conservative boogymen who threaten all that the left wing holds holy. But a new report out on Monday asserts that Fox News, as a company, has much in common with the liberals who despise it.
The Daily Signal, the conservative Heritage Foundation news outlet, reported that it obtained a copy of Fox News’ employee handbook, which is filled with pro-LGBTQ ideology.
Fox employees “are allowed to use bathrooms that align with their gender identity, rather than their biological sex, and permitted to dress in alignment with their preferred gender. They must also be addressed by their preferred name and pronouns in the workplace,” the outlet reported.

“They want you to think it’s this place that supports traditionally conservative values,” one of Tucker Carlson’s former producers told the Daily Signal. “But in reality, they’re pushing this nonsense behind the scenes.”
The Daily Signal offered other examples of Fox News’ behind-the-scenes leftward tilt.
For instance, after Carlson was fired on April 24, C-suite execs passed the word to the producers of his replacement’s show that they would not longer allow bashing of Dylan Mulvaney, the trans influencer whose hiring by Bud Light sent the beermakers’ sales plunging.
Additionally, Fox News uses and defines the LGBTQ glossary of the left-wing Human Rights Campaign, one of the most prominent LGBTQ groups in America, Daily Signal reported. Those would include terms like cisgender, gender expression, gender-fluid, gender identity, gender non-conforming, gender transition, LGBTQ, non-binary, and transgender.
The HRC also had given Fox News a perfect score on its Corporate Equality Index, which measures “corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.” Another former Fox News employee told Daily Signal that the company frequently mentions this grade in its employee training materials.

As another former Fox News employee told The Daily Signal, “Fox News devotes hours of programming to attacking ‘woke companies,’ but ironically, Fox is as woke as the rest of them.” Viewers, the former staffer said, would be “astonished to find out what the company is like.”
The Daily Signal noted that Fox News’ corporate policies mirror the left-wing policies found in New York and California, where many of its employees work.
But Carlson seemed to be almost alone in trying to resist the imposition of such directives.
The Daily Signal noted Carlson fought the suits to be able to call Mulvaney, a biological man identifying as a woman, by masculine pronouns.
The network’s star anchor also battled to have booked as a guest the conservative commentator Matt Walsh, who a year ago released the documentary “What is a Woman?”
“Fox’s viewers think that Fox shares their values,” Walsh told the Daily Signal. “And it’s very clear that that’s just not the case. Gender ideology is as far radical Left as you can possibly go. They have embraced radical leftism in its most extreme form.”
“There’s no daylight at all between Fox News and MSNBC when it comes to gender,” Walsh continued. “And I think that’s something that Fox’s viewers need to know. … If it were up to me, Fox would get the Bud Light treatment.”
