Reward Offered For Second Suspect That Swindled 35 People In Tampa Out Of $262,000

TAMPA, FL. – In March 2020, after creating Lyli’s Innovations LLC via the Florida Division of Corporations, which was later changed to Dripp Kustomz LLC, Lyliana Delcarmen Lopez, along with Jarvis Tyrone Bailey, utilized the enterprise to commit fraud against 35 victims in the Tampa area.

The suspects operated the scheme by portraying the enterprise as a body shop located at 11420 E. US Highway 92 in Seffner, where they would promise to do work on the victims’ vehicles.

The suspects were given money for the services, which they failed to provide. They also told several of the victims that they had various vehicles for sale, which were on the property. The vehicles had damage from an alleged accident, which is why it was being sold ‘so cheap’.

The victims were pressured to place a deposit down on the vehicle and were told numerous times the repairs would be made, which they failed to do.

Between December 2019 and January 2021, the suspects utilized Facebook Market Place, Instagram, text messages, and word of mouth in order to entice 35 victims and fleeced over $262,000 with their scheme to defraud.

Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for both suspects for Organized Fraud over $50,000, RICO Violation, and RICO Conspiracy or Endeavor.

Lyliana Lopez was arrested on Jan 12, 2022. Jarvis Bailey is still being sought by law enforcement for the outstanding warrant.
