SPRING HILL, Fla. – Between 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm on December 23, 2001, Richard March was killed by unknown subjects(s).
The homicide occurred at the D.A.B. Construction complex on Spring Hill Dr., just west of U.S. 41, in Spring Hill, Hernando County, FL. At the time of his murder, Richard March was on-duty as a security guard for the complex.
