RIVERVIEW Fla. – Michael Chase Hill, 29, from Riverview, is behind bars tonight with charges of grand theft and organized fraud. Hill, is listed as a bartender at Sunset Grill in Ruskin Fla., and being held in the Hillsborough County Jail on a $32,000 bond.
Hills charges are as follows:
- WORKERS COMPENSATION FRAUD FAILURE TO SECURE INSURANCE LESS THAN $20,000, Felony 3
- ORGANIZED FRAUD OVER $50,000, Felony 1
- GRAND THEFT $100,000 OR MORE, Felony 1
- UNLAWFUL ACTS WHILE IN THE CAPACITY OF A CONTRACTOR, Misdemeanor 1
