Sarasota County Sheriff Says Missing-Endangered Man William “Bob” Wagner Home Safe

The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is currently asking for the public’s help to locate a missing endangered person.

SARASOTA, Fla. – Mr. William “Bob” Wagner has returned home and is safe, according to Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.

The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office was asking for the public’s help to locate a missing endangered person.

This afternoon, Sarasota Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 3800 block of Afton Circle for a report of a missing 67-year-old male with dementia. Mr. William “Bob” Wagner was last seen walking away from a residence on Afton Circle in Sarasota late this morning at approximately 11:30am.

It is believed he left the area traveling on foot.    

He was last seen wearing a green hat, sunglasses, a green shirt, and jean shorts. Mr. Wagner has a fish tattoo on both forearms, he is approximately 6’ tall, weighs 200 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who encounters Mr. Wagner is asked to call 911 or the non-emergency line at 941-316-1201.
