SPRING HILL, Fla. – The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office announced that 17-year-old Kayleen Kreamer has been located and is safe.
Kreamer had been the subject of an urgent public search after she was last seen on the evening of March 14, 2026, near the intersection of Mariner Boulevard and Northcliffe Boulevard.
No further details regarding her recovery or the circumstances of the search have been released.
ORIGINAL REPORT: The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help to find a missing and endangered teenager last seen Saturday evening. Authorities are searching for 17-year-old Kayleen Kreamer, who disappeared from the Spring Hill area.
According to investigators, Kreamer was last spotted around 7 p.m. near the intersection of Mariner Boulevard and Northcliffe Boulevard.
The case has been classified as endangered because Kreamer “made statements threatening to commit self-harm” before her disappearance, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Kreamer is described as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and dark brown hair. When she was last seen, she was wearing a red shirt paired with black pants.
The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have seen her or who has information regarding her location to take immediate action.
“If you have seen or know the current whereabouts of Kayleen Kreamer, please contact the Hernando County Sheriff’s at 352-754-6830,” the department stated.
