PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – A disturbing incident at a local park over the holidays has led to the arrest of a 61-year-old Seminole resident. Detectives with the Crimes Against Children Unit took Mark Prutsman into custody on Monday, charging him with two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition.
The investigation stems from a call to law enforcement on December 24, 2025. Deputies responded to Blossom Lake Park just after 3:30 p.m. following reports of suspicious activity near the courts.
According to investigators, two juvenile males were playing basketball when they noticed a man sitting on a nearby bench. The witnesses told deputies the man, later identified as Prutsman, was watching pornography with his hands inside his pants.

Because the youths did not have a phone, they approached another adult at the park to call 911.
During questioning, Prutsman reportedly admitted to investigators that he was sitting on the bench watching “adult material” and “porn.” However, he denied the allegations that he was touching himself at the time.
Following the investigation, Prutsman was arrested on Monday, January 5, 2026, and transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
