TAMPA Fla. – Sex offenders and sexual predators are required to register relocations in compliance with Florida law. Among those who have relocated in the month of June 2020 thus far, at least three have moved into Tampa zip code 33618.
Esley C. Arazo, notified of a change of address to 18311 Swan Lake Drive, on June 24.
He is 6 feet 1 inch and weighs approximately 233 pounds. He was convicted of lewd, lascivious sexual battery with a victim between the ages of 12 and 15 years and committed a third-degree felony by failing to comply with section requirements to report to the Department of Law Enforcement.
Chad E. Johnson gave notice of relocation to 12103 Lake Carroll Drive on June 3. He was convicted of second-degree rape outside the state of Florida. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 300 pounds.
Joseph Louis Martinez gave notice of relocation to 15835 Glenarn Drive on June 1.
He was convicted of sexual battery with a weapon or force, which is described as committing sexual battery upon a person 12 years of age or older without consent, and in the process, threatens or uses a deadly weapon or force which would most likely cause serious personal injury. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
