SPRING HILL, Fla. – Alfonso Rivas has been located safe by law enforcement in Spring Hill, according to the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.
PREVIOUS ALERT: The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered adult, Alfonso Rivas. Mr. Rivas, who has been diagnosed with dementia, was last seen at approximately 4:30 p.m. today at his residence on Kelvin Court in Spring Hill.
He left his home driving a white Chevrolet Equinox equipped with a wheelchair lift, but the vehicle has no license plate attached.

Mr. Rivas is described as a Hispanic male, born on August 2, 1937. He is 5’6″ tall, weighs 156 lbs., has hazel eyes, and balding gray hair. He was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt, gray pants, and black sneakers.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Alfonso Rivas is urged to contact the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office at 352-754-6830 or their local law enforcement agency immediately.
